All sessions must be booked online through our website. During booking, you will select:

• The service (Your university and One-on-One tutoring or Group crash course)
• The course or subject
• Available time slots
• The library location
• Payment method

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. 

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments only.

Credit card payments are processed securely online through our website.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

Unpaid bookings are not reserved. 

• Cancellations by students are non-refundable
• Once a session is booked, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you

Please book carefully and confirm your availability before completing payment. 

If the tutor cancels:

• You may choose a full refund or
• Reschedule to a new available time

The choice is entirely yours.

• Missed sessions due to student absence are not refundable
• Late arrivals do not extend the session time

• Rescheduling by students is generally not allowed
• Exceptional cases may be reviewed case by case, but approval is not guaranteed

We strongly recommend booking only when you are certain you can attend. 

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

Yes. In rare cases, the tutor may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

• You will be contacted in advance
• The new time will be arranged based on mutual availability 

All sessions are held at public libraries.

Location changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible after booking.
