These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of tutoring services. By accessing the website and booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.

1. Services Provided

We provide in-person tutoring services in selected academic subjects.
All sessions are conducted exclusively at public library locations as selected during the online booking process.

We do not offer:

• Online tutoring

• In-home tutoring

• On-site payments

2. Booking & Payment

• All tutoring sessions must be booked online through the website

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• Accepted payment method: Credit cards only

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment. Unpaid bookings are not reserved.

3. Cancellation, Absence & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Student

• Student cancellations are non-refundable

• Once booked, the session time is reserved exclusively for the student

3.2 Cancellation by Tutor

If the tutor cancels a session:

• The student may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled session

• The choice belongs entirely to the student

3.3 Student Absence (No-Show)

• Missed sessions due to student absence are not refundable

• Late arrival does not extend the session time

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Rescheduling by Student

• Rescheduling by students is generally not permitted

• Exceptional requests may be reviewed case by case, at the sole discretion of the tutor

• Approval is not guaranteed

4.2 Rescheduling by Tutor

• The tutor may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

• Students will be notified and accommodated based on mutual availability

5. Location Policy

• All sessions take place at public libraries only

• The location must be selected during booking

• Location changes after booking are not guaranteed

Students are responsible for arriving at the correct location on time.

6. Session Duration & Lateness

• Session length is specified at the time of booking

• Sessions begin and end exactly as scheduled

• Late arrival does not result in time extension or partial refund

7. Academic Responsibility & Integrity

• Tutoring services provide guidance, explanations, and learning support

• We do not complete assignments, exams, or assessments on behalf of students

• Students are responsible for their own academic work and outcomes

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality instruction:

• We do not guarantee grades, exam results, academic performance, or admissions outcomes

• Results depend on student effort, attendance, and independent practice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for academic outcomes, missed opportunities, or indirect damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question

10. Health, Safety & Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Follow library rules and policies

• Behave respectfully toward the tutor and others

• Maintain appropriate conduct at all times

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version published on the website is the official and binding version.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. Agreement

By booking a tutoring session through the website, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You agree to be legally bound by them
