How do I book a tutoring session?
All sessions must be booked online through our website. During booking, you will select:
- The service (Your university and One-on-One tutoring or Group crash course)
- The course or subject
- Available time slots
- The library location
- Payment method
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments only.
Credit card payments are processed securely online through our website.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
Unpaid bookings are not reserved.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens if I cancel my session?
- Cancellations by students are non-refundable
- Once a session is booked, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you
Please book carefully and confirm your availability before completing payment.
What if the tutor cancels the session?
If the tutor cancels:
- You may choose a full refund or
- Reschedule to a new available time
The choice is entirely yours.
What if I don’t show up (student absence)?
- Missed sessions due to student absence are not refundable
- Late arrivals do not extend the session time

Rescheduling Policy
Can I reschedule my session?
- Rescheduling by students is generally not allowed
- Exceptional cases may be reviewed case by case, but approval is not guaranteed
We strongly recommend booking only when you are certain you can attend.
How do I track my Refund?
To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.
Can the tutor reschedule a session?
Yes. In rare cases, the tutor may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:
- You will be contacted in advance
- The new time will be arranged based on mutual availability
Location & Attendance
Where do tutoring sessions take place?
All sessions are held at public libraries.

Can I change the location after booking?
Location changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible after booking.
Please select your preferred library carefully.
Do you offer online or in-home tutoring?
Currently:
- ❌ No online sessions
- ❌ No in-home tutoring
All sessions are conducted in person at libraries only.
Session Rules & Expectations
How long is each tutoring session?
Session duration is clearly stated during booking (e.g., 2 hours).
Sessions begin and end exactly as scheduled.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrival does not extend the session
The session will still end at the originally scheduled time
Can the others (parents, friends, etc.) attend the session?
This depends on:
- Library rules
- Tutor discretion
Please ask in advance if you plan to bring someone.
Academic Responsibility & Outcomes
Do you guarantee grades or exam results?
No. While we provide high-quality instruction and guidance, academic outcomes depend on:
- Student effort
- Attendance
- Practice outside sessions
We do not guarantee grades, exam results, or admissions outcomes.
Do you help with homework, exams, or assignments?
Yes, tutoring may include:
- Concept explanation
- Problem-solving strategies
- Exam preparation
However:
- We do not complete assignments or exams on behalf of students
- Academic integrity is strictly respected

How far in advance should I book?
Availability is limited. We recommend booking several days in advance, especially during:
- Exam periods
- Midterms and finals
